I love the idea of the Lena pizza. While I understand and support the desire to stay true to socio-cultural tradition, I think a case can be made for evolution. An establishment that has room for a magic patty, buffalo knots, and cheesesteak pizza must surely also have room for the Lena pizza. Bring on the pineapple and jalapeños!
