I'm not going to lie. It's an uphill battle. You know Joe and Sal's Pizzeria, we, the owners, are either born and bred Italian or 2nd generation Italian. And if there's one thing true Italian Pizza Shops don't do, it's Pineapple on a Pizza. I know, it sounds stubborn, but it's, arguably, the most controversial topic in italian pizza history. The arguments range from socio-cultural traditions, to artisan culinary code, to "i just won't do it. " 🤷‍♂️🤣 That said, however, if you can garner sufficient likes and support for your idea, we would need to seriously consider coming up with a JnS version of a pineapple pizza that we can proudly put on display. So let's start with this: how would the "Lena Pizza" be composed? Don't hold back your creativity, describe it in your post, help pizza aficionados imagine it, savor it, in your description.
